It is completely obvious that Andrew Bynum is ready to play — and contribute — to the Lakers now. Still, after a full team practice Monday with no pain or problems, Bynum said he wants a couple more full practices so he doesn’t feel “too foreign” when he does return to game action on his surgically repaired right knee.
